Hey girl! You need a break!

  Self-care, self-care, self-care! It always seems you’re being pulled in a million directions so when you hear “practice self-care” you may be asking yourself, “how or when?”.  Self-care is not always taking a vacation or having a night on the town.  It may only require a few minutes in your day.  Self-care is simply taking time out to engage in an activity that will take care of your mental and physical health.  While it may seem impossible to take care of anyone other than your kids, your partner, or loved one it is imperative that you find time for YOU!  Engaging in activities you enjoy and love on a regular basis are a sure-fire way to keep your dopamine...
